Phone interview was somewhat surprising. I was asked to tell the interviewer about myself and walk through my resume. It was rather vague and I just covered my main areas on my resume. I was asked a few behavioral questions about working in groups, etc. All in all, it was not too difficult, but I was caught off guard.
The on campus interview was 1 on 1 with a VP in the area I was applying for. The interview was relaxed and lasted about 30 minutes as scheduled. All behavioral questions though, no technical questions at all.

Entrevista
1st interview will be with a recruiter. Very easy, check the block type of questions to see if you qualify. 2nd interview was with department manager. I feel this was a personality test and experience check. 3rd will be technical with multiple people. All scenario based questions. There is also a case study that you will have one week to prepare and present.
Three rounds of interviews. One intro call, and then three rounds of two-on-one interviews in person, including presentation of a case study. Th process was very time-consuming and rigorous. The office in Jacksonville is very nice and well located. The employees are very welcoming and appreciative of your time. Overall, I would say the experience was very good.

Entrevista
One phone interview and then flown to Jacksonville for interviews with a variety of senior finance executives one on one and then gave a presentation on material they provided a few weeks before the interview.
