I applied through the CSC job bank. I received an email for a phone interview. The email was from the hiring manager, which she didn't specify until I was in the interview with her. First rounds are typically HR prescreens so I was caught off guard. This interview went well. I sent a thank you letter. They never responded to me. I am not impressed.
