Phone interview with remote supervisors in another state. This was for a position at a start up training site for military personnel. The phone interview consisted of several situational questions about past performance. Examples such as, "when did you have to multi task in a job?" and "what do you feel is more important to you, attention to details, or creativity?". Interview was pretty easy. Job was offered the next day and received a packet with the offer in two days. Then a drug test. Was told to show up at job location and from that point had little to no instruction given to anyone at that training site as to how to start up this facility. We(5 new hires) were given an empty building and two semi trucks of equipment, furniture, and supplies that we were expected to fully install ourselves and figure out what to do with it.
