Went thru a metal detector, was escorted to the HR cubicles where I waited for the Hiring Manager to conduct my Interview.
I was asked a few questions about my resume and my past experience in computer repair, then was asked 2 scenario based questions.
After the interview I spent the next hour and a half going thru the Employee Guide, benefits, and the rest of the paper work. Overall it was an easy interview.

Say you had a Laptop that didn't turn on when the power button was pressed, nothing appears on the screen and no light indicators telling you that the laptop was on, not even with the power adapter plugged in, How would you go about troubleshooting it?
Say you had another laptop that did POST and booted into windows but there was no wireless signal detected (Wasn't connecting the a network), How would you go about troubleshooting it?

Pretty short process talked to someone they ask about your previous work experience then they ask you some questions about your knowledge on computers then if they move you forward you complete all your important forms

Basic interview; they'll ask you about your prior experience. They'll ask you scenarios that you've been in and ask you technical questions. I think if you at least get the technical questions right you'll get the job.
