Recruiter contacted me early November about a engineering position at CSAT Solutions and we had a conversation to go over the role and my background before she talked with the hiring team. About a week after our initial conversation she states they would like to schedule a phone interview. I confirmed the date and time for phone interview and was told I would be contacted at scheduled time...everything was going as expected. On the day of my interview I was not contacted by the person to interview so I called the recruiter and let them know I had not been contacted for interview. I was told there was a problem with the phone systems so fair enough things can be rescheduled. About a week after this I get an email from recruiter stating she would no longer be working with her firm any longer and gave me the name of the replacing recruiter. The initial recruiter was very timely with updates and kept me informed every step of the process. I emailed my new recruiter asking for an update/new interview time and haven’t heard a word from them since. Initially scheduled the interview with the hiring team mid November but after I emailed my recruiter to reschedule interview I never heard a word from them. I was COMPLETELY GHOSTED after a scheduling an interview and it is now mid January and I haven’t heard a word of communication after attempts to get ahold of them. This is NOT how you treat prospective employee and a terrible way to attempt to acquire talent.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. I was asked questions about the experience listed on my resume, as well as other "typical" behavioral and situational questions. The interview also included a tour of the Repair Facility, to provide a glimpse into the daily work environment.
