They first asked me to edit 3 photos within 90 minutes then sent them back to them. Then I came in for an in office interview with 2 people and they had me edit 3 more photos while they watched me from their remoted in computer in the back. Then they had me come in a 3rd time to interview with 3 people and edit a 3rd round of photos while they watched my progress from the back. To be quite honest I was not impressed with their handling of the interview. It felt like they degraded me more than anything. They did not smile or try to get to know me. I was offered the job, but I turned it down for a job with kinder management and better work/life balance.
