Interview process went great. Had 3 interviews and the interviewers were very friendly and open. I was asked about previous experiences and future goals. The interview process lasted around 2 weeks.
The first interview was brief over the phone with a recruiter verifying resume and qualifications. The second interview involved a Project manager as well as another admin. Third interview involved the field team to confirm the interviewee is a good cultural fit.

Very good. We had the interview with a few colleagues in a special event for recruitment. Most of the questions were technical and at the same time about previous experiences under the same position.
