The interview process was unnecessarily long. They had me do three different pointless personality tests before they even interviewed me. Then after two virtual interviews and one in person interview, they had me make a presentation for them. I recieved positive feedback on the presentation and was asked for my salary expectations. My response was within their posted range so there should not have been a problem. I was ghosted after all the time and effort I put in to interviewing with this company. This is a small company and does not have any excuse for ghosting candidates especially after all the hoops they make you jump through. Their interview process shows a true lack of professionalism.
