1. Aptitude and personality test 2. Group Discussion - duration is too short, difficult to make more than 1 point. 3. Prelim Interview - with CXO heads, typically around past exposure and specific domain interest 4. CHRO Interview - Similar to the previous interview, less technical, more on objectives and expectations.

There were multiple interviews rounds with stakeholders across team members, the HR also takes a round for culture fitment. Additionally, there was a psychometric test and general aptitude test which they honestly forgot about and made me do after I had accepted the offer.
