It was a 3 step process, for research analyst role. This role typically leads to equity and credit research profiles (support analysts in Global Research & Analytics - Irevna in Mumbai).
Round 1 - In-person tests in Excel modelling and financial analysis concepts (ratio analysis, basic valuation and economics)
Round 2 - telephonic HR round on why you want to switch, expectations, etc.
Round 3 - in-person final round with senior level analyst from Irevna to test in detail candidate's financial acumen and understanding of concepts.
Overall the interview process was fine and there wasn;t any stress interview or anything .
Not very difficult to crack if you have a good undestanding of financial concepts.
Tip : CFA (US) learning materials upto Level 1 together with some practice in excel should suffice.
