Entrevista
Crisil has a cool office building. Their interview process consists of two rounds an aptitude test and interview. The aptitude test had basic English and quantitative aptitude.
It was kind of easy. In the interview they ask you some finance related technical questions. So brush up on basic finance before you go.

Attitude of HR towards candidate is very stubborn...after clearing all the three rounds i am not given offer yet ..HR said i am very much fit to their organization but they do not have vacancy...(So why are they taking interviews of candidate just to waste time ? i think the answer to question is yes

They ask few journal entries Key Performance indicators,financial ratios

The process was fair and result was time bound, therefor I can say it was a fair experience. However It will be great if they give more time to schedule different rounds

My experience with legal documentation and financial analyis
2 rounds of interview. Questions on past work experience and finance. Questions on post graduation and economy. Repo rate, ratios etc. Why crisil? Why do you want to switch?. Any questions for the panel
2 rounds were conducted and industry knowledge is must for this profile. The interview focused mainly on testing industry knowledge, your work experience and financial modelling & valuation knowledge. 1st round was taken by manager and he asked me lot of questions, also tested my reasoning. But 2nd round was short and it was taken by director, he basically wanted to understand my profile.
