I had the opportunity to interview for the Service Technician position at CPU RX with CEO Jason Volmut, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected.
Initially, the interview was rescheduled, which can be understandable in a fast-paced business environment. However, during the second attempt, Mr. Volmut was 20 minutes late to our scheduled call. This lack of punctuality was concerning, especially coming from a CEO.
After the interview concluded, Mr. Volmut indicated that he and his colleague would follow up with me regarding the next steps. Regrettably, I never received any communication from them, leaving me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a candidate.
While I understand that circumstances can arise, the overall lack of professionalism demonstrated throughout this process was disappointing. Transparency and respect for candidates' time are crucial, and I hope CPU RX can improve in these areas moving forward. It's important for future candidates and clients feel that their time is valued and not wasted
