The interview process was unbelievably strange. I had to sign an NDA and get it notarized before I even got to the interview. Everything was framed in a “we expect excellence from our candidates, if you can’t adhere to our interview policies don’t bother” type of attitude. I wasn’t allowed to interview without headphones on, and everything about it felt wrong. Turns out they are a complete scam that preys on new college graduates. They have you pay for “training” even though I’ve never heard of any company doing that before. They give you options of either taking a class at NYU on the board that they use, or paying them $500 through Apple Pay in order to train with them. Everything about this company is predatory and designed to take your money. Stay as far away as possible.

Like most other reviews say , the interview process was really only a couple steps that could be explained fairly easy , instead the email is about a chapter long , confusing and very tedious to read. The good reviews are surely written by the boss himself , sounds just like him and you’ll see if you interview. Instagram has no followers and you can’t find anything about the company online besides these reviews. The pay seems sketchy , says he can only pay you for what you do in house and not outside of the workplace. Makes sense but he never specifies how you’ll even work. All he does in the interview is say he doesn’t want lazy ppl almost in a hostile , aggressive way ; tell you you need to get certifications and boast about his accomplishments which might not even be real.
Also need to pay to get certified for a couple things , heard interns don’t get paid. To be fair the instagram does show him at the places he claims to be at but the account having no followers makes me think he blocks all the interns who have caught on to his scam after employment.
