Someone interviewed me over the phone and then quickly set up an in-person interview at the office with 2 different people, one of which was the hiring manager. Interviews were super easy and turned me off to the role.

Very open-minded, tried to fit me with the right area / position for what I wanted to do. Found good places my experience would fit and my needs as an employee would be met. What they were really doing was getting me to agree to work there. Much of what I was told were lies about the position, the pay, and the workload.
