Hour long panel interview. Very affable panelist who took the time to get to know my interest and skills. Posed questions one at a time. Questions asked were non-basic, thought provoking and challenging to answer (in a good way). I liked that the questions posed were tailored to my experiences and were not cookie cutter interview questions.
