I was transferred from Indeed.com to CPCDs website to fill out the application. There were some technical issues - so they allowed me to email all of my application documents to HR. The next day or so I was contacted to come in for an interview. The interview lasted about an hour. I was asked several questions by the Behavorial Health Consultant and former Behavioral Interventionist; as well as, given scenarios to respond to in a various early childhood education settings. It went very well. The same day I was called after the interview to come back for a second interview in the next couple of days. An additional person from the department was added to the round robin interview. They were upfront and honest about why I was chosen to come back out of hundreds of applicants. However, the position was eventually given to someone who had the Pyramid Plus Training they were looking for (this was not mentioned in the job posting) - even though they were impressed. Each time they allowed me to ask a few questions.
