I had a phone interview with HR (which left A LOT to be desired!). Then I interviewed with the hiring manager who mainly wanted to know if I was willing to travel as much as the position required. Based on the hiring manager's ease of answering my questions and job description I would have taken the job in a heartbeat. Unfortunately family affairs led me to turn the job down before reaching the face-to-face interview.
