They have a Technical assessment followed by Technical interview, then a HR test assessment and HR interview. The system has changed recently and I am not aware of recent process. The initial TA requires only basic knowledge of subject, interview deals with your work experience. HR interview concentrates on how you dealt with challenging situations in your work.
