Initial phone interview which lasted about 15 minutes. Then a face to face interview with a recruiter. After that was a ride along for about 4 hours to get a feel for the job. Finally a panel interview. If you do well in the panel interview you get an offer.

After this I was asked to shadow an engineer for a day and the tech would evaluate if I could pick up the knowledge necessary. I was then asked to do a personality test as well as drug test. Then I got a panel interview where a number of managers asked me questions and made the final decision.
