The interview process consisted of questions relating to how I could personally improve the store / what I could bring to the team, my own personal work ethic and how I would go about dealing with certain scenarios or have done so in the past. For anyone who has actually worked in this environment before it should be quite straight forward.
I was given a series of challenges including a SWOT analysis, another consisting of making a mock plan for the week and a mannequin styling challenge based on the weekly figures.
Being yourself is key.

Describe a time where you went against management guidelines (in a visual setting)? How did you justify it? What was the outcome?

Applied Online and got an email from HR two weeks later about a group interview and an invitation to pick a scheduled date-however only one date was available and when asked about other possible dates, got an email back saying the date had actually been changed. Interviewed with 2-3 other people with visual manager and store manager. Less question based-more task based. 1st task: go around the store and write down three successful visual changes and 3 unsuccessful changes. 2nd task: Merchandise the store's area with the company booklet. 3rd task: given a random customer profile and asked to style+reasoning behind choices. Said they would reach out with results, but still waiting for a verdict. Overall, seems a bit disorganized with a lot of tasks being asked for a visual job, but visual manager was very great at constructive feedback

spoke with a nice recruitment person back and forth for a couple of weeks who organised me an interview with manager of store I was going for
interviewed with manager of store and regional manager, regional manager made me feel very at ease, some questions and a practical which was easy if you've done visual before
although recruitment person told me to make a mood board of current trends/cos/customers which i spent hours doing (and wasted a load of printer ink and paper) and they didn't even ask to see it at the interview?

It’s took way too long, 2 months. They didn’t get back to me for long periods between interviews. They didn’t tell me one of the interviews was a group interview before hand
