2.5 hour long zoom interview with 4 people. The entire interview process took about 2.5 months. Waited 3 weeks for a response after the interview. I had to follow up myself. One of them tried to get me to say that I am passionate about doing citations and references. I guess I should have just said it, instead of clarifying that I am passionate about cause and reason why being precise with references is important, especially in healthcare/pharma. I had to complete an assessment, which I completed in less than 24 hours and I waited another 3 weeks for a response and had to follow up multiple times. Don't make people sit on zoom for 2.5 hours then wait 3+ weeks for a response.
