Hiring process was very easy-30min interview. My only issue with this company is diversity. Looking at the group pictures on LinkedIn there seems there is no diversity within the company especially the London team. This didn’t give me much confidence and I also contemplated if I was successful would I be comfortable with a company that has no real diversity even though It is a key statement on their website.
