Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en CNN
Entrevista
I applied online and heard back from an HR rep within two days.
The first round was an online interview via HireVue where I was given pre-recorded questions from said HR rep, then told to record my response.
This format was SUPER easy, especially because it gives you 30 seconds to prepare and then you can take up to 5 takes.
The questions were super easy as well, all very standard interview stuff.
Then approximately a week later, I heard back from the Senior Editor of the Dept that I had said I was the most interested in. He scheduled a phone interview for the next business day.
We talked for about 15 minutes and it was very relaxed and simple. More specific questions about my qualifications/wants/goals, but still way easier than I expected.
He then gave me a mini assignment to do that night to assess my skills and told me he would contact me about his decision by the end of the week.
Four days later, I got an email from an HR Rep saying I got the job (pending a quick background check).

it was a Hirevue, they asked typical interview questions like introduce yourself, what challenges have you faced, what's your news diet, etc. took only around 15 minutes to complete but I would do significant preparation.
Very thorough and detailed. There were three rounds of interview, and one of them was online. Then it came to in person interview. I struggled with the online because you have to record yourself and answer their questions with time limits.
I was instructed to undergo a virtual interview on Hireview. I have not heard back yet, but they asked basic questions like "tell us about yourself" and "why are you interested in this internship?"
