They have a standard interview process. You first meet with a panel of individuals ranging from HR to the business unit manager you would be working/reporting to. After a series of Q and A you take a tour of the facility to learn if it is something you would be interested in.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by the Human Resources manager. The interview process was very comfortable and friendly. I was surprised that the dress of the manager was pretty informal. She asked the basic questions that you would expect. For example, how would you handle a situation with an underperforming employee. She did also ask if I would entertain a transfer. I wasn't very interested in that and gave a lukewarm answer to this. I was then interviewed by the hiring manager. Same types of questions and then a complete tour of the facility. Very nice people.
