I applied online and got a call for the phone interview confirmation. the HR manager called and it was for about 20 mins. Were general basic questions. Time showed leadership? Had an opportunity and ran with it? Very basic questions and just walk them through your resume. The interviewer was personable and easy going which is refreshing for an insurance company. I ended up going a different route and decided I did not want to go into insurance.
