Must apply online but referrals help. It’s a typical process with phone screening, followed by a one on one interview that was held onsite. There was also a group interview, also held onsite, where you show your customers service skills are factious scenarios that involved role play. Overall the interview was straight forward and quick and I was given the job offer within a reasonable amount of time.

Entrevista
First stage is a phone interview, they ask general questions about availability, past experience with customers service and work in general. Should probably only last about 5 to 10 minutes.
Very basic, simple interview, asked about past experience within the industry and basic info we know about the CN Tower. Very smooth interview and nice management to say the least.
