Undervalued from the beginning, and the offer was less than adequate with my previous experience. I pivoted for a suitable role, which was declined. Overall, a stark contrast to past interview experiences.

Pretty easy. One call with TA team and then one main interview with a VP and my would-be manager. It was remote at the time. I had prior pharma experience which they also asked about and helped me quite a bit.

Entrevista
Initial HR phone screen, back to back Zoom sessions with 4 people on the business side, and then a data analysis assessment, delivered a formatted packaged presentation. All told, 3 rounds, met 5 people, put together a data analysis presentation- all to get a 1 line rejection a month in: "Unfortunately the team has decided not to move forward in the interview process" ; Honestly pretty crazy. A huge use of my time and for a lowball salary range.
