I initially spoke with HR and was given a complex take-home exercise, which required a detailed analysis and a step-by-step summary as part of the submission. After completing that, I went through four rounds of interviews, all of which went well.
Following the third round, HR reached out to discuss additional details, which seemed promising. However, after the fourth round, communication abruptly stopped. I was told to wait, but there were no updates, and repeated follow-ups for interview feedback were ignored.
What was especially disappointing was the stark change in HR’s behavior—from being very responsive and professional at the beginning to completely unresponsive by the end. The lack of transparency and communication made the experience quite frustrating. Based on how things were handled, I wouldn’t consider interviewing with this company again.
