The first thing you do is take a pre-test with basic math questions and paragraph sample. Then if you pass it you proceed with an interview. The interview was one of the lengthy interviews I’ve ever been on. The manager was professional but also a personable guy. He made me feel welcomed and actually built a nice rapport with.
