The interview process was profession. It involved 3 interviews after an initial conversation with the Department Manager. One interview was with the direct supervisor, then another with the department team and finally with the company president. This took about 3 hours on one day. After those, a series of skills testing and personality testing came next. A bit of a delay in getting a response but within 3 weeks a job offer came.
