The initial interview with the Director of recruiting was via Zoom. While I thought the expectation was to have your camera on given we were participating in a virtual interview the Director of recruiting left her camera off for the duration of the interview. I found this extremely unprofessional and led me to decline the in-person interview because my sentiment is if the Master's prepared Director of Recruitment and Acquisition would conduct a virtual interview in this manner the company had bigger issues.
