I applied in September. Done shl apt test in December. Then, selected candidates will be invited to the assessment center. The assessment center took about half day to conduct. At last, the panel interview was conducted in early March.

Assessment center: The first part is about reading the materials provided. Then you have to make a powerpoint and write simple emails according to the instructions. The second part is group discussion for about 40 minutes. Then your group is required to present your discussion results to the managers. They will ask you some follow-up questions.
