I got initial HR interview call, the call was so great and the HR spoke very high with my background, she thought I am really a good fit because I have got everything. At the end, we happily scheduled the initial interview time with hiring manager. Actually I felt that call was the best call ever, I was SO sure I will get next step. BUT.... after the call, I haven't heard anything about next step, I tried to email her next day and Tuesday after long weekend, she had NO response. Then I logged in my application, saying NOT Selected!! This is the worst experience I had ever had!
