They have a very nice office but it's a little noisy. I was asked generic behavioural questions. They specifically wanted to know if I have significant Excel and data management experience and if I'm comfortable calling up people and explain in rush why their energy rebate applications may or may not be accepted.
At the end of the interview I (male) extended my hand for handshake and they (females) looked at me like I'm some sort of rapist. I can respect male-female no touching policy but you don't have to be rude and give me that stare down.

There will be people who are expecting a rebate and desperate and you'll have to be the bearer of the bad news of rejection. How would you handle such client if they verbally plead or lash out?

Entrevista
Simple and straightforward. A couple of behavioral interview questions and that's it. They try to have a normal conversation and see if you are able to communicate. They asked me if I knew how an HVAC system worked. Asked me to talk about whats on my resume and asked a couple of questions about my experience. Overall a really good interview experience and really good company.
