The interview process consisted of individual zoom interviews with most members of the legal team. The process was spread out over the course of several weeks and ended up taking a total of about 2 months with consistent interviews and receiving good feedback before finding out they were going with someone else.

The interviews were conversational but they also had you do a practical test where they sent you a contract to markup and return for review.
