Applied online, went to a huge group interview of about 40 people. Got hired on the spot afterwards. Then, they did the background screening and I did a drug test which took about 2 weeks of waiting. Then I went for a 1-2 week training.

One in person interview at the airport, mostly easy and behavioral. Highlight CLEAR’s values - they take great pride in those and also highlight the safety required in an airport as it is extremely important.

Very easy. Need to have customer service or sales background. They ask situational questions like tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, questions like that.
