I started with a general interview in HR. Basic questions about work history and job responsibilities. Moved on to the director of sales. It was a great chat. Very conversational, getting to know the expectations of the job and making sure it was a good fit. She made sure I had a sales plan and that I knew where I would start to begin to prospect.
