Offered position about a month after that. Began to work about two and a half months after initial interview, mostly because of my schedule availability. Since I was in school, I had to go through an approval process to receive academic credit and figure out a good schedule method to complete the tax season. Offered Associate position 1 week prior to completing internship. Began working permanent position 3 months later - waited until after graduation.
