Laid back, the interviewer was easy to talk to and answered all questions I had. Asked quite a bit of questions and wrote down my answer for each. They then said they would call back in about 6 weeks, I thought that was a rather long time period.

Had about 7 questions to answer in a packet that the interviewer went through. Questions were standard (leadership, conflict, rapport, weakness and strength). Interviewer was very nice, but the second round would be an on-site interview a couple of months later.

Day long experience including multiple interviews, refinery tour, benefits presentation, and interaction with employees. The interviews were led by managers of different parts of the refinery. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions.
