First there's an exam that takes about 50 minutes and it's time limited. The exam is focused on the ethics and some non-technical questions. Then the interviewer talks about the questions on the exam and others. The interview was a good process and the people were great.

1. Written test 2. One on one interview with HR 3. One on one interview with company owner 4. One on one interview with prospective clients. Overall, during the test and first two interviews they just want to know how would you handle any direct offers from clients, if you would ever start a company that would directly compete with them, etc.
