Not professional. I didnt expect banking industry interview are so lousy like this bank. HR didnt know who am i when i came for an interview. He kept asking my name and what role I’ve applied for! (This is the Same person who called and arranged everything) - I already feel bad about this then come to the interview session below; Hiring manager: Doesnt expect that i came for an interview and doesn’t even know my name! She so rude, didnt silent her phone while on the interview, kept on looking at her whats app messages and never say sorry for that. The best thing is she dont even have the copy of my CV. She kept on saying Banking industry is not like my previous client, “we are very strict on the approval for material” (She tried to say that all my client before are not as good as banking: i have telco, airlines, fmcg client) She doesnt have much digital knowledge but try to look smart. When i saw that situation i don’t even bother to try my best on the interview session and just want to finish it fast.
