They have you do interview several rounds (about 5 or 6), including both video and phone calls. They keep telling you you're almost at the last step but then, they keep adding more steps. I did several "design challenges." One of the last steps was a design challenge that took 6 hours to complete, involving a presentation with floor plan, mood board etc. The files they give you to work with are a complete mess. After completing this and presenting to the CEO, they added ANOTHER last step which was to come in person, but I couldn't make it as they hadn't been transparent about this step in order for me to plan ahead. Then they ghosted and their recruiter told me they hired someone else from the inside, which seems like a lie. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
