The interview process was fairly structured and professional. It started with an initial HR screening call focusing on background, motivation, and understanding of the role. This was followed by two interviews with team members or managers from the Wealth Management department.

3 phone interviews with bankers VP up, followed by a super day with 3 consecutive interviews on the same day. All virtually conducted via Zoom. Questions were largely technical with a heavy bias towards Chinese market specifics

I had a very positive experience during the interview today. The atmosphere was relaxed, which allowed me to express my thoughts clearly. The interviewers were attentive and asked insightful questions that enabled me to showcase my skills and experiences effectively. I felt that I connected well with the team and am quite optimistic about the potential of joining their dynamic work environment. Overall, I left the interview feeling confident and excited about the next steps in the process.
