I, at first applied for the AD of Programming and Partnerships role. The interview process was long and intense. Went through 3 video/phone interviews before being invited to the "Visit Day". Had an interview with all different types of team members and video chat other team members from other offices while there. After that, I was invited to 3 interviews in one day as a final round step. By the last interview, I was very tired and a bit stressed. Waited over a week to hear back. While they didn't offer me the AD position they still really wanted me to be on the team so they offered me the Events and Engagement Coordinator position instead, which I appreciated because some jobs would offer you nothing once they decide they do not want you for the role.
