3 rounds of interviews. 1) short 30 minute phone interview with the director of the statistical program. 2) Short phone interview with senior statisticians. 3) In person interview with scientific directors, PhD statisticians, statistician peers and director. All sorts of questions. Mostly about how you are able to effectively work and providing behavioral questions examples. Also should be prepared to describe master's thesis project in detail and explain methodology. Overall not a difficult process.
