I had the CIBC interview in 2013. I remember that it was a very normal interview process with normal interview questions. Most are behavior questions, and probably branch manager specific ones. Sales focused
Basic behavoural questions as for any sales job. Nothing to do with any financial advice. I haven't received a signle technical question. Interviewer was a fresh grad who was reading from paper.

It was relatively straightforward and easy process. Banks will always ask you to sell a pen. You have to demonstrate that.
They will also ask you to provide past experience

It was 3 round with group of people. They ask many questions. Round 3 with hr . It was not hard. But I diront get offer and they said we found someone stronger. Thais Is entry level job . I don’t know how strong they needed!!
