They don't just drill you with questions- they actually look to get to know you and your interests instead of asking basic skill questions that make people nervous. I think that is represented in how great their culture is

Online application and two online interview rounds via video call. Very smooth process. One screening round with recruiter and one with hiring manager team. All behavioural no technical questions. Interviews were approx 15-30 minutes in length.

It was a brief 15 min screening interview. The interviewer was on time and professional. Gave me a timeline as well but heard back from them after the stated deadline.
