Received an email. Had one phone interview with hr which took around 10 - 15 mts and one video interview with 45 mts to a. Hr. Video interview was having three phases about myself , role play and questions . Interview was pretty standard . The process took around one mth.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with difficult client.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
