The first round interview process was very casual. Most of the time was spent walking through your resume. Only got asked a few questions. Asked why CIBC and why this particular position

3-4 interviews, no technical questions but questions relating to your former experience, interest in the industry and the company. Interviews are with bankers, members of the current and former training classes, and training managers.

Entrevista
Four separate, 30 minute interviews on their Superday. They asked mainly all behavioral questions about myself and why I was interested in the position and commercial banking. There was also a case study.
