The Interview process began with a phone call giving an overview of the role, including salary and role expectations. Questions on employability, competencies and ability to work in the country were asked.
The next stage of the interview was booked. The interview was via Microsoft Team; very pleasant hiring manager.
There was a simulation process of answering phone calls and selling credit card in line with the caller's profiler and needs.
